The Students’ Activity Council is the nerve centre of all student activities on the campus. It assists the administration in its constant effort to maintain global business school transcendence.

The student council acts as an interface between the institute’s administration and the students to sort out matters concerning student welfare.

Its goal is to represent the student body in making IIM SAMBALPUR experience as rewarding and memorable as possible.

The Student Activity Council is responsible for developing, reviewing, and evaluating plans and setting directions for student affairs in accordance with the vision, mission and strategic plan of the college.

Since SAC is an elected body of the student, it manages students’ extracurricular and co-curricular activities and facilitates academic excellence and supports the PGP system.

SAC monitors funds flow for the various events and activities organized by the various clubs.

SAC organizes regular meeting which serve as a platform to discuss and sort out the grievances.
