Sanskrit Bangalore University
Hello sir myself satish and want to confirm the news that Sanskrit Bangalore University is establishing the evening college is this news is true or and if it is true than kindly send me the all details like fee,timing,etc. ??? Kindly reply as soon as possible…. The Department of Sanskrit which was a part of Central College, Bangalore, was made the post- Graduate Centre of the Bangalore University in 1964. In 1968 it was converted into a post-Graduate Department of Sanskrit under the Chairmanship of Prof. K.T. Pandurangi. Sri M.A. Krishnaswamy was also there in the Department. Courses Offered M.A. in Sanskrit 4 Semesters (2 years) P. G. Diploma Course in Manuscriptology 1 Year (Annual Scheme) Diploma course in Sanskrit 1 Year (Annual Scheme) Ph. D Eligibility: M.A. in Sanskrit: One who has secured 40% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects and 50% marks in the cognate subject at the Bachelor’s Degree Level OR One with a BA/B. Sc/B. Com/BBM/B.C.A/B.H.M., Degree are eligible to apply; provided has secured 55% in the language in the Degree course OR One who has passed Sahitya Exam in Sanskrit OR One who has passed Diploma Course in Sanskrit with a Degree or it’s equivalent of the University OR One who has Passed Sanskrit Bhasha Vidvat Madhyama. P. G. Diploma Course in Manuscriptology: One must have passed any degree examination of a recognized University. Diploma course in Sanskrit: One must have passed PUC or any equivalent examination with Sanskrit as language of PUC/ any equivalent exam with Prathama or any preliminary Sanskrit exams Ph. D: One must have passed M.A. in Sanskrit with 55% Marks.
