I want to know how to cancel a Check of State Bank of India SBI so can you please tell me?

A cancelled cheque simply refers to any cheque that has strike marks on it with the words ‘cancelled’ written across.

Inorder to cancel a cheque, you just need to write "cancelled" between two cross lines.



No need to put your signature on the cheque. Also, you can use the photocopy of the cancelled cheque.

Remember, whenever a cheque is cancelled, it loses all its transactional power.
