I am having S.B. account bearing no.108478016604 in your main branch Bank Square sector-17 Chandigarh.I had purchased personal accident insurance and a premium of INRs.500/ was deducted every year. I am now 69 yrs. of age and as told to me I am no more eligible under this scheme. For the last four years I am sending mails and even regd.letter also well in advance of renewal date but no body is taking action and amt. is deducted as if something stereotype action.This year also I sent mail to concerned branch on 21st.Oct 2021 but they deducted 500/- again on 23.11.2021.I fail to understand this banking and behaviour of branch officers.You check my account and you will find that I am not usual customer.At present also I have sufficient balance in my fds. and savings account.Please refund my INRs.2000/ with interest or I will feel injustice and close my account with you.
