I, Rathindra Chakraborty, a SBI Pensioner, applied for Home Branch transfer of my Pension Drawing Current Account no. 30642562263 from present MADHYAMGRAM Br (01329) to SBI, GANGANAGAR Br. (016645) as I have shifted to my permanent residence near the Branch, on several occasion, the last being on 23.03.2017. But, till date the account has not been transferred and the Branch staff including Chief Manager and Service Manager behaves in an extremely rude manner whenever I went out there to enquire about the matter. I shall be glad, if the concerned Branch (MADHYAMGRAM) is instructed to transfer the Account immediately without further loss of time, as I need to avail a secured Overdraft urgently from the Ganganagar Branch. R/Sir, Sub: Release of FD from lean kept for providing Credit Card. The credit card is cancelled 3 years ago. (Name : Vemula Sarada Credit Card No. 5241826384105835, Validity completed : 03/15. SBI, Railway Station, Boudhanagar, Warasiguda Branch, Secunderabad, Telangana-500061, IFSC Code:SBIN0012916) I want my FD released taken pledge for above Credit Card. Credit Card Expired and blocked. My request is to release the Fixed Deposit hold on this credit card. I have approached the SBI Card Basheerbagh, Hyderabad branch office and met the concerned personnel. He told he has released the FD. But the FD amount is not released. Pl do the favour, Regards, (Vemula Sarada) FD Account No. 31793034399 of Rs.1,00,000/- dtd.17-06-2017 (Auto renewal and is live) Partial amount is kept hold for Credit Card (Pledged to credit card). It is not yet released though credit card is cancelled long ago i,e 3 years back itself. Pl do the favour in getting my FD released from lean. There is a lock / bug in the credit card software. Branch office says it is released. But the local branch doesn't get the note of it. The lean release is not getting updated in the FD software. It is a bug. I am sure. Please do check it immediately. I Faced the worst experiance in this branch with accounts officer Ms/Mrs. kiranmayi. and branch manager. as explined below. please do need full to not repeat to other customers i went to branch ten days back to open sukanya saamruddhi account with all my kyc documents and relevent documents,staff asked me to come ten days back due to fisrt week rush as a human being i understood their rush and pressure i returned than.yester day that is 11/12/2017 i visited branch again for above work. accounts manager asked to bring my daughter too to open sukanya samruddhi account,i obeyed her order i went to my daughter school and applied leave for her and brought her to bank.again accounts officer asked to bring my tenth class ceertificate thought it is not necessary i bring that from my home again.after made us wait for 3 hours she said account wii not open today come after some days with rude voice.i requested her by explaining our problrms thought she was not listened.i lost my one day wage my daugheter lost her one day school beause of her reluctantness.i brouth this episode to the branch manager he was also not taking any intiation to do my work.he said also come after some days.how many days will take to open sukanya samruddi account ?is it proper way to deal customers? is it agree by showing their own prastuation on customers? |
