This exam is known as Common Written Exam(CWE) and this is conducted for ninteen banks of public sector.

This exam is for qualifying and also score more marks so that candidates can get lead during personal interview.

IBPS will then provide Score Cards to all the eligible candidates.

With the help of Score Card candidates can apply for the 19 banks interview.

There is no prescribed number of seats in IBPS and it depends on the banks and it may vary from bank to bank
