Documents Required on the Day of Counselling

-HSC or its equivalent exam Passing Certificate/Mark sheet

-SC/ST Caste Certificate

-Sports Certificate (if applicable)

-NCC Certificate if claiming reservation under NCC

-Green Card of parent issued by concerned CDMO (if applicable)

-Ex-Servicemen quota Certificate (if applicable)

-Annual Income Certificate for those candidates who claiming seats under TFW category

-Medical Fitness Certificate

-For Part time candidates, Sponsorship/ Working Experience of minimum 2 years is required.


Reservation of Seats Under State Domicile

-For SC – 15%

-For ST – 23%

-For Children of Green Card Holder – 5%

-For Children/Wards of Ex-Servicemen – 2%

-For Physically Challenged – 3%

-For Women students in all Co-ed polytechnics Engineering Schools in each category – 30%

-The sports candidate representing the state during last two years- 0.5%

-Candidate passing NCC (A or B or C certificate examination) – 1%
