Will you please give me the selection procedure for Research and Analysis Wing (RAW)??????

Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) is the primary external intelligence agency of the Republic of India. It was formed in 1968.

Selection in RAW is not direct, it recruits its officers mainly from IPS, IAS and Military Officers. Executive grade officers like Field Officers and Field Assistants are recruited through Cabinet Secretariat.

RAW doesn't recruit directly it pick candidates from Army, police or other forces basically, but it also recruit from general public, eg: universities, corporate houses etc.

Qualification
-You must be Indian.
-You should have graduation / post graduation from Recognized University.
-Your Age should be between 19 to 25 years.
-Marital Status must be Unmarried.

You should have following Qualities:
Physical fitness
Analytical thinking
Willingness to work in adverse conditions and dangerous territories.
Logical and rational thinking
Keen observation powers
Eye for details
Willingness to travel
Stamina
Mental alertness
Ability to adapt to long working hours
