Shri Ram College of Commerce set out on its voyage right on time in the year 1920 when upon the arrival of Basant Panchmi, seven driving businesspeople in Delhi built up the Commercial Education Trust.

In 1951, on the event of its Silver Jubilee, the Commercial College chose to work in the field of trade and financial aspects and subsequently rechristened itself as Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) in acknowledgment of the commitment made by its organizer Sir Shri Ram.

It offers two courses at undergrad level – Bachelor of Commerce with Honors and Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Honors and three courses at post graduate level – Masters in Commerce, Masters in Economics and Post Graduate Diploma in Global Business Operations.
