S.N.D.T. College of Home Science is the only college in the city offering Home Science at Junior College level.

The course offered in Junior college is considered to give a new direction to one who is at the turning point of their life after the X standard.

After passing XII standard in Home Science, one may specialize in different disciplines of Home Science. They also have the option to specialize in fashion designing, interior designing, food technology or catering from any other institute.

Eligibility for Admission
One who has passed the S.S.C. or equivalent exam of any Statutory Board

Admission Procedure
1. As this is the only Home Science College in Pune, admissions is not through centralized system.
2. Admission forms are available in the Home Science College immediately after the S.S.C. results.
