The SNDT Women'S University Law School Mumbai offers Master of Law (LL.M) program of duration 2 years.

Master of Law (LL.M)

Two years (4 Semesters) Full-time on-campus Masters Degree Programme

Eligibility -

A professional LL.B,
or;
Equivalent Degree recognized by Bar Council of India.

Admission Procedure-

Strictly on the basis of merit subject to the reservation policy prescribed by the Government

Eligible candidates can take admission on original certificates.

Annual Intake-

Intake for Departments :
• Self- Financed Programme : 50

Course Pattern

Compulsory papers:

Semester I- Total- 20 Credits.

Each paper consist 4 credits.

Sem I

Foundation Course (5 Compulsory Subjects)

OPTIONAL PAPER/GROUP INCLUDE:

Semester II- Total- 20 Credits.

There will be three papers from any of the following groups:

*Each paper consists of 4 credits

Compulsory papers for all the groups

Law and Social Transformation in India
Indian Constitutional Law: The New Challenge
Legal Education and Legal Research
Judicial Process
Jurisprudence and Medical Jurisprudence

Optional paper/group include:

Semester II- Total- 20 Credits.

There will be three papers from any of the following groups:

Human Rights
or
IPR
Business Law
