I want to get the details of Spot Round admission at Delhi Technological University DTU so can you please provide me?

The Spot Round consists of the vacant seats (if any) available in Delhi Technological University DTU after up gradation of seats.

Spot Round eligibility-

The registered candidates who have not taken admission in any of the participating Institute/University of JAC upto Fourth Round

The registered candidates who have not been offered any seat upto Fourth Round

Those candidates who have withdrawn their admission from a University/Institute at any stage of Online Counselling

The registered candidates -

who were allotted seat in some round but did not report for admission at DTU

who have not filled any choices during ONLINE Registration Process

who were allotted seat in some round of counselling, but seat was cancelled due to some deficiency

The candidate has to physically report for Spot Round Counselling. No request will be entertained except in the case of emergencies permitted by Chairman, JAC.

The Choices filled by the candidates for earlier Rounds of Online Counselling will not be valid for this SPOT Round of Counselling.

Allotments for the vacant seats in this round will be made on the basis of the JEE (Main) CRL Rank / IIIT Rank exclusively as per the eligibility conditions in the respective categories / institutes and willingness of the candidates, who are physically present at the Venue.

Required Documents -

Receipt of the applicable fee payment Rs. 10,000/-

Demand Draft of Rs. 65,000/- issued in favour of “JAC DELHI” payable at New Delhi

Online Registration Form downloaded from JAC website.

Printout of filled choices (printed after closing of registration)

Three passport size photographs

Self-attested copies of Admit Card & Score Card of JEE(Main)

Original and self-attested copy of marks sheet of the qualifying examination i.e. Class XII or equivalent.

Original and self-attested copy of Date of Birth certificate as indicated in High School or equivalent examination i.e. Class X.

Original and self-attested copy for the reserved category / sub-categroy, if other than the General Category

Original Medical fitness certificate in case of General / SC / ST / CW/ OBC /SG/ TP/CW/KM(Format available on website)

PD sub-category: A certificate from the Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for Physically Handicapped Karkardooma, Vikas Marg, Delhi-110092 is to be produced at the time of counselling/admission, which will certify that the applicant is fit for undergoing the said course (Format available at 7.6 in this brochure). No certificate other than this shall be allowed for availing seat under ‘PD’ Category. This will be subject to verification by a panel of doctors available at the time of counselling. The decision of the Joint Admission Committee regarding the eligibility/admission of any applicant shall be final

Gap Year undertaking.
