The SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination (SRMJEEE) counselling 2016 will be held from May 11, 2016 to May 14, 2016 and from May 17, 2016 to May 20, 2016 as per the ranks of candidates.

Result for SRMJEEE 2016 has been declared on May 1. Candidates short listed based on their performance in the entrance exam have been called for SRMJEEE 2016 Counseling (SRMEEE Counseling 2016) to be held at the SRM University campuses.

Required documents for SRMJEEE Counseling:

Candidates should produce the following documents in original along with one set of photocopies while reporting for counseling.

Candidates will not be allowed to participate in the counseling process without these documents-

Counseling call letter
SRMJEEE 2016 Hall Ticket / Rank Card
High School (Class X) marks sheet
Marks sheet of qualifying examination (HSC)

Demand draft for the amount specifi*ed in counseling letter.

Candidates will be allowed to participate in SRMJEEE 2016 Counseling process only after veri*fication of documents.

Authentic records pertaining to identifi*cation, age, marks sheet of qualifying exam, community certi*ficate (if applicable) and other eligibility criteria will be checked.

If a candidate fails to produce any of these documents, one will not be considered for counseling.

SRMJEEE Allotment of branch once made is final and cannot be changed under any circumstances.

Upon allotment, one has to submit all the original documents and also pay full tuition fee for rest of the year.
