Get User id and default MPIN:
Send a SMS <MBSREG> to 9223440000 or 567676. You will get a user id and default MPIN over SMS.

Rules:
MBS through SMS changed to long code i.e., 9223440000 (You can use 567676 also)
SMS charges as per his / her plan for 9223440000 (Higher charges for 567676)
