State bank of India is provides account opening to customers. The Account Opening Form is being modified as per the instructions issued by RBI with regard to FATCA, CRS and CKYC requirements.

Till such time as the new form becomes operational the applicant will have to fill an additional form.

Account Opening Process:

Step 1: Fill the Customer Information Section

Step 2: Fill the Account Information Section
Part A: Type of Account and Services Required.
Part B: Nomination Form (optional but recommended).

Step 3: Read the Savings Bank Rules
