Here are some steps

Deposit Slip
Write the name of the branch from where you are having transaction or from where you are depositing it. For example XYZ

In this section, write the account number in which you want to deposit. Write carefully. Fill one number in one box. Its start like 3545005783 (differ from state to state)

Mention the date on which you are depositing.

Write account holder name. Full Name whose is having this account. Eg. XYZ

Mention the amount you want to deposit in numbers.

Please don’t forget to write your mobile number here, in case of any error, bank staff/officials will contact you.

Mention your Permanent Account Number (PAN), if your deposit is above Rs 50000, otherwise it is optional.

Write amount in words. For example if your depositing Rs 5000, “Five Thousand Only”.

Write branch name.

At the end, after complete fill up, sign in the place provided and then please Check once.

Write amount in words, you want to withdrawal.

Again here, mention the account number.

Signature of the account holder. Please sign carefully; it should match with bank database.
