You have to give concentration on your studies . you must make a goal to inspiring yourself for studies . try to do studies in groups or with your friends .

You have to take some rest between your studies it will fresh your mind and body . take light food and enough sleep for better concentration.
You have to choose a peaceful place for your studies .
Use table and chair for studies, avoid your bedroom for studies ,
