SVU LAWCET application

When application form will be started for SVU LAWCET (Sri Venkateswara University Law Common Entrance Test) exam in 2012? From where students can download application form if they want apply online for SVU LAWCET exam?

Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE), Hyderabad, has endowed Sri Venkateswara University with the obligation of leading state-level selection test, to be specific, SVU LAWCET, prevalently alluded to as Andhra LAWCET. The placement test is led each year for entrance into Five-year and Three-Year LLB course offered in various governments, government-helped and private foundations over the state. The admission to the previously mentioned projects is entirely done on the premise of the scores got by the competitor in the placement test.

Courses

A.) 5 YEARS INTEGRATED LL.B COURSE
Consisting with Ten Semesters designed to complete within 5 Academic Years.
Duration of each semester was 90 Days

B.) 3 YEARS LL.B COURSE
Consisting with Six Semesters designed to complete within 3 Academic Years.
Duration of each semester was 90 Days

C.) 2 YEARS LL.M COURSE
A Masters LL.M Degree in four branches of specialization:-

1. Labour & Industrial Laws.
2. Constitutional & Administrative Laws.
3. Corporate & Securities Laws.
4. Law of Crimes & Torts.

Capability for Admission:

a) For 5 Years LL.B Course (10+Intermediate (+2)) or identical to +2 with at the very least 45% of imprints in total. For SC/ST competitors there will be 40% in total.

b) For 3 Years LL.B Course (10+2+3 example) from any perceived University with at least 45% of imprints in total. For SC/ST applicants there will be 40% in total.

Note: - There is an unwinding of 5% of imprints in the above qualifying examinations for 3 year/5 year Law course for the competitors having a place with SCs/STs.

c) The candidate who have acquired 10+2 or graduation/Post-graduation through Open University framework straightforwardly without having any fundamental capabilities for arraigning such reviews is not qualified for confirmation in the law courses.

d) For 2 Years LL.M Course 3/5LL.B Degree finished alongside essential capabilities

Capability for Admission:

a) For 5 Years LL.B Course (10+Intermediate (+2)) or equal to +2 with at the very least 45% of imprints in total. For SC/ST competitors there will be 40% in total.

b) For 3 Years LL.B Course (10+2+3 example) from any perceived University with at least 45% of imprints in total. For SC/ST hopefuls there will be 40% in total.

Note: - There is an unwinding of 5% of imprints in the above qualifying examinations for 3 year/5 year Law course for the hopefuls having a place with SCs/STs.

c) The candidate who have gotten 10+2 or graduation/Post-graduation through Open University framework straightforwardly without having any essential capabilities for indicting such reviews is not qualified for affirmation in the law courses.

d) For 2 Years LL.M Course 3/5LL.B Degree finished alongside essential capabilities

Syllabus for SVU LAWCET

No specific arrangement of syllabus is intended for Sri Venkateswara University LAWCET examination. In any case, the placement test for five-year program is of 10+2 standard, while three-year LLB program incorporates question of graduation level. The test inspects the general learning, general mental capacity, current issues information of the competitors.

Process of Admissions into 3/5 LL.B Courses:

To get admission into 5/3 Year Degree course the candidate should get through the LAWCET ENTRANCE EXAM with a QUALIFIED RANK.

Last date for submission filled in applications
Every year by the end of April/May

Commencement of LAWCET Entrance Examination at Tirupathi centre
Every year in the 1st or 2nd week of June

Admissions for 5/3 year LL.B courses
Every year in the month of August
