The Staff Selection Commission is organized the SSC CPO SI Recruitment Exam for the selection of candidates in CAPF / Delhi Police and CISF.

SSC organize the Central Police Officer Exam for the selection of talented and eligible candidates for Sub Inspector (SI) and Assistant Sub-Inspector post.

SSC CPO SI Physical Pattern:
For Male Candidates:-
100 meters race in 16 seconds.
6 KMS race in 6.5 minutes.
Long jump: 3.65 meters in 3 chances.
High jump: – 1.2 meters in 3 chances.
Shot up (16 laps): – 4.5 meters in 3 chances.

For Female Candidates:-
100 meters race in 18 seconds.
800 meters race in 4 minutes.
Long jump: – 2.7 meters in 3 chances.
High jump: – 0.9 meters in 3 chances.
