Can you tell me in detail about the entrance process for MA Programme in Tata Institute of Social Sciences? Give me its contact detail too? Tata Institute of Social Sciences was established in 1936. It is a Government of India funded Deemed University that contributes to the creation of ecologically sustainable, equitable and just society. Entrance Process for MA Programme (a) Candidates having a bachelor degree with minimum of 3 years duration or its equivalent from a recognized university are eligible to apply for the course (b) Applicants who will be able to complete all the requirements of their final year Bachelor Degree examinations are also eligible to apply to all the programmes except School of Health System Studies and School of Education (Elementary) programmes. In case of (b), admission to any of the Master Degree Programmes of the Institute will stands cancelled if a provisionally admitted student fails in the final year examination, the offer of provisional admission automatically stands cancelled. Selection Procedure The selection of students for different programmes happens in two stages and has three components of assessment. All students appear for the common entrance test (TISS-NET).
