Eligibility An official high school transcript from an accredited U.S. high school with the graduation/completion date clearly listed. An official high school transcript showing graduation from an English speaking high school in a country where English is a primary language. (For example, students from Quebec, Canada, graduating from a French speaking high school would need the TOEFL, but students from an English speaking high school in Zambia would not.)
