TIFR's Centre for Applicable Mathematics is a unique centre of research.

Every year it offers summer internships to several undergraduate and graduate students.

These internships typically take place during the summer, though it is possible to have them at another time of the year.

At the end of the internship, the students will be required to make a presentation and write a report of their work.

Period of Internship
1 or 2 months between 15th April – 15th June 2017

Eligibility
Anyone who is currently pursuing a bachelor’s or Masters’s degree in mathematics, science or engineering fields anywhere in India.

Stipend
Rs. 7000 per month and for hostel accommodation at a nominal charge

Result
List of selected candidates will be announced on our website by 28 February, 2017
