The School of Education was established in 2004 to offer teacher education programmes both in Tamil and English medium. The School of Education started to offer B.Ed. Programme in English Medium since 2004 and in Tamil Medium since 2006 with an annual intake of 500 each.

♦ Vocational Diploma Early Childhood Care and Education

Admission Detials :

Eligibility for B.Ed.
♦ Trained In-Service teachers with D.T.Ed. in any Government recognised school within Tamil Nadu State.
♦ The candidates who have completed a NCTE recognised teacher education programme through face – to – face mode.
♦ The candidates should have undergone UG in any school subjects offered by the Directorate of School Education at the Secondary or Higher Secondary Level..

Eligibility for Vocational Diploma Early Childhood Care and Education
♦ 12th Pass or Equivalent/ 12th Fail with TNOU PPH concurrently
