The TOEFL stands for Test of English as a Foreign Language accepted by many English-speaking academic and professional institutions with the aim of achieving an international degree.

Syllabus
Listening: According to the TOEFL 2016 Syllabus, this section involves listening to lectures, classroom discussions and conversations, answer questions. The candidate has to alert and active in this part of the exam as they will be later asked questions from the sessions.

Reading: This section of the TOEFL Syllabus 2016 involves reading 3 or 4 passages from academic texts and answering questions. Candidates can prepare for this part by practicing reading passages from books or papers. The passages in the test can be from anywhere. Only the reading ability of the candidate will be checked in this section.

Speaking: As per the syllabus of TOEFL 2016, in this section, candidates will have to express an opinion on a familiar topic. He/she will have to speak based on the reading and listening tasks. The candidates understanding ability will be tested here. Basically, you have to explain what you have read.

Writing: In this section of the TOEFL Syllabus 2016, candidates will have to write essay responses based on reading and listening tasks. The candidate will also have to support an opinion in writing. The candidate should be informed in order to crack this section.

Registration procedure
For Online Registration, candidates should enter their personal details without any error. The online registration should be made seven days before the test.

Payment of examination fee can be made by using credit cards or debit cards.

Through Phone:-
After filling the Registration form (PDF version), student should review it and make a call to the regional registration office of TOEFL.

During the call, students will be asked to spell their details correctly.

The call should be made until 5.00 in evening. Payment can be done by using credit card or debit card. Candidate can also use electronic check for making payment.

Registration in Person:-
In some regions, candidates can register themselves by visiting at a local regional office of TOEFL.

The registration process can be done against the cash payment of $ 144 (Rs. 5500).
