MP Professional Board conducts Madhya Pradesh Pre Polytechnic Test (MP PPT) is state level entrance exam for Engineering & Technology courses for those candidates who are interested for admission.

Availability of seats:
95% seats of Polytechnic are reserved from resident of Madhya pradesh only . And 5% seats are reserved for other candidates and NRI
30% seats will be reserved for female candidates.

Eligibility Criteria
Nationality:
Candidates must be citizenship of Indian and also permanent residence of Madhya Pradesh state.
Other state of candidates can also apply for it but only in General category.
Academic Qualification:
Candidates must have passed their SSC/ 10th class from recognized Board such as CBSE, ICSE and State board
. Candidates must have at least 35% marks with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry subjects.

Selection procedure:
Selection of the eligible candidates will be based on through PPT Score card. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained by the candidates in the MP Polytechnic entrance test and high school marks .

70% weightage for PPT score, 30% weightage will be given for high school marks for the preparation of the merit list for counseling.

Last date of online registration for application form: – 2nd Week of May 2016

Date of Uploading Admit Card/ Hall Ticket online: – last week of May 2016

Date of Written Test at various exam centers: – 3rd Week of June 2016

Announcement of MP PPT 2016 Result: – 1st Week of July 2016

Schedule for Online Counselling: – Last week of July 2016
