Effective May 2, 2012, people who are contracted at UGA or change benefits qualification status will finish all required printed material in the UGA Onboarding System. New contracts and representatives changing advantages qualification status will get an email from onboard@uga.edu or a telephone call from UGA Human Resources with directions for getting to the protected Onboarding System.

Faculty Reports

The staff report for another contract triggers the email for the Onboarding System. Faculty reports for new contracts ought to be submitted preceding the new contract's begin date; in a perfect world, a few days (or weeks) before the begin date. Faculty reports for current representatives who change benefits qualification status ought to likewise be presented a few days preceding the real change-in-status date.
