UGC Notification On M Phil Exemption From NET

I have done M.Phil by 88% marks. I heard that M.Phil holders are exempted from University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC-NET). Would you please provide me UGC Notification on M Phil Exemption from NET so I will get total detail about it?
