Vice-Chancellor of the University of Pune, by and under the forces vested in me under Sub-segment 8 of Section 14 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994, thusly issue the accompanying orders:

1. The reconsidered Tuition and Laboratory Fees for the Undergraduate and Postgraduate un-supported Courses as said in Appendix A might be made appropriate to the understudies admitted to the main year of the courses in the scholastic year 2008-2009 and onwards.

2. The Tuition Fees and Laboratory charges as specified in the Order No.Law/2002/365, dated 30.10.2002 in appreciation of the Courses of which the Tuition charges and Laboratory Fees are updated by the present Order, might stand substituted by the Tuition Fees and Laboratory Fees recommended for those courses by the present Order.

This Order might stay in power till the Ordinance in admiration of the updated Tuition Fees and Research centre Fees as said above, is surrounded by the University.

1. The above said expenses should be charged for one scholastic year.

2. The above said expenses should be charged for a long time. Amid this period the expenses might not be expanded.

3. Different expenses should be charged according to the Circular issued by the University in that admiration.

4. The understudies from the states other than the State of Maharashtra should be charged twofold the educational cost charges and research center expenses.

5. The remote understudies might be charged five times the educational cost expenses and research center expenses.

6 For the First Year B.Sc. Course, for one subject with two hypothesis papers and one down to earth (for one un-supported course), the research facility expenses to the tune of Rs. 3,000/ - should be charged and for Second and Third Year B.Sc., for one subject with two hypothesis papers and one functional (for one un-helped course), the research center charges to the tune of Rs. 4,000/ - might be charged
