Phd Program Rules:

Eligibility for Course:

Applicant must passed Post Graduate Degree (Master Degree) Examination with minimum 50%
marks or equivalent Grade Point Average (GPA).

Applicant having Post Graduate Degree (Master Degree) in the Faculty of Law must secure at least 55% marks.

Selection process for admission:
Entrance test
Interview .

Entrance test :
Conduct once in a year .

Structure of the Entrance Examination:

Two papers :
Paper-l
Paper-2.

Paper-1
General Aptitude Test :
100 marks

100 questions with multiple choice

Topics covering
Logical Reasoning,
Numerical Ability,
Reasoning and Language Aptitude.

Paper 2:
Subject Specific Test:
100 marks.

Course Work:
Course work :
Carry 20 credits.

Credits as :
5 credits for Research Methodology which includes :
esearch methodology,
quantitative methods,
computer application,
tools and techniques
instrumentation,
communication skills,
seminar presentation
review of published research.

10 credits for subject specific (2 subjects) course work.

5 credits for field work, seminar and other academic activities.
