Hi Ritika I will tell you about UP Combined Medical Entrance Test so that you can apply and prepare easily for the exam. Here I’m telling you some tentative dates so that you can apply easily Sale, Online Submission, Download of Application Form Starts from: 3rd week of October 2015 Last Date of Submission of duly Completed Application Form: 2nd week of May 2016 Date of Entrance Exam: last week of May 2016 Date of Result Declaration: By Second Week of June 2016 Counselling: 2nd week of July 2016 Here is the eligibility criteria to apply for the exam Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level exam of UP Board/ISC/CBSE or its equivalent from any recognised board/university with English as a subject, securing minimum 50% (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC) marks on average in Physics, Chemistry and Biology (including practical exam) taken together Candidates appearing in 10+2 exam of 2015 are also eligible to appear in entrance test but at the time of counseling they have to produce the passing marksheet of 10+2 examination, failing which no allotment of seats will be made Age Limit: To appear in the entrance examination candidate should have completed 17 years as on 31st December 2016 Nationality: Admission is open to all citizen of India Here is the exam pattern Paper-I: Physical and Biological Sciences 09.00 am to 11.30 am. It will consist of Two Sections as under Section-A: Physics (50 Questions) + Chemistry (50 Questions) Section-B: Botany (50 Questions) + Zoology (50 Questions) Paper-II: General English (Qualifying Paper) 11.45 am to 12.15 pm/General English (50 Questions) Paper-I will be of 200 marks and Paper-II will be of 50 marks; but combined maximum marks for merit in UPCMET would be 200 i.e. Total marks of Paper-I; Paper-II will be of qualifying nature There will be negative marks of 1/4 for each wrong answer Here are the various exam centers where the exam took place Agra, Allahabad, Bareilly, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Ghaziabad, Barabanki, Jaipur, Kanpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Meerut, Muzzaffarnagar, New Delhi, Patna, Ranchi and Varanasi |
