List of Documents to be brought at the time of counseling

• High School ( 10th ) certificate as proof of Date of Birth
• High School ( 10th ) Marksheet
• Recent character certificate
• Migration certificate from the University / Board last attended
• Certificate of Intermediate ( 10+2 )
• Mark Sheet of Intermediate ( 10+2 )
• Mark Sheet of Entrance Examination ( CPMEE 2015 )
• Admit Card of Entrance Examination ( CPMEE 2015 )
• Category ( SC / ST / OBC ) Certificate, if applicable
• Five Recent Passport size photographs
• Identity Proof ( voter card / Driving license / passport etc. )
• Letter of Authorization from applicant, if Parent / Representative is attending Counselling on behalf of Applicant
• Personal Presence of the candidate is mandatory at the time of counselling
• Registration Fee 500/-
