Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) 2016 Application Form was available from February 24, 2016 (11 am) to March 28, 2016 (5 pm). One could fill up the Application Form Online only.

UPSEE 2016 Application Fee:
One belonging to General/OBC category had to pay Rs. 1,000, while SC/ST candidates, Physically Handicapped and Female candidates of all categories were needed to pay Rs. 500 as Application Fee for UPSEE 2016.

UPSEE 2016 Application Fee Payment:
Fee for UPSEE 2016 exam could only be paid Online through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.
