Candidates can apply for admission to the M.Tech programmes in Uttarakhand Technical University on the basis of their GATE scores.

Uttarakhand M.Tech 2016 Eligibility Criteria:

B.E/B.Tech in their respective disciplines with a minimum of 60% in aggregate (55% of SC/ST/PwD candidates)

Candidates in the final year are also eligible to apply.

They must have a valid GATE score.

Non GATE candidates must qualify in the entrance test conducted by the University for Admissions to the vacant seats.

Exam Pattern:

The duration of the test will be 2 hours.

The syllabus will be the same as GATE

100 questions for 500 marks will be asked of candidates

Each correct answer will be awarded 5 Marks
