I am resident of Dehradun and I m using Electricity from Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL). I have to pay my Electricity Bill but I am out of station now. Would you please tell me can I pay my bill online? If yes, please provide me process for online bill payment of UPCL.
