NHPC Limited, a Govt. of India Enterprise, was incorporated in the year 1975 with an authorised share capital of Rs. 2,000 million and with an objective to plan, promote and organise an integrated and efficient development of hydroelectric power in all aspects.

NTPC Vacancy details:

Position: Director (Projects)

Salary: Rs. 180000-340000 (IDA)

Qualification:

The applicant should be an Engineering graduate preferably in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute with good academic record. Applicants holding MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in management will have an added advantage

Job Description And Responsibilities:

Director (Projects) Is A Member Of Board Of Directors And Reports To The Chairman And Managing Director.

He/she Is Overall Responsible For Project Planning, Execution And Contracting. He/she Assists Cmd To Ensure Proper Administrative And Technical Control Of The Projects And Their Timely Execution.

Duration Of Appointment:

The appointment shall be for a period of five years from the date of joining or upto the date of superannuation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

Age: Minimum 45 years Age of superannuation 60 years
