Vijaya Bank Clerk Eligibility Criteria

Do candidates must have Graduation in any discipline from the recognized university is the basic eligibility criteria for applying for the post of Clerk in Vijaya Bank? Tell me about the age and physical criteria also for applying for the post of Clerk in Vijaya Bank?

Vijaya Bank recruits Probationary Clerks on the basis of the Clerk Common Written Exam conducted by IBPS. Here I am giving you the Eligibility Criteria for the IBPS Clerical Examination

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality: The candidate must be a citizen of India.

2. Age: Minimum age should be completed 18 years and maximum age is of 28 years.

3. Age Relaxation:

Sr. No Category Relaxation in years
01 Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe (SC/ST) candidates 5 years
02 Other Backward Classes (OBC) candidates 3 years
03 PWD candidates 10 years



Educational Qualification:

i. Candidates must possess 60% in Matriculation/SSC/SSLC/10th Std Examination of 10+2+3 pattern or 50% in HSC Examination of 10+2 (10+2+3 pattern)/Intermediate/Diploma in Banking or Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University/Board.

ii. Should know to Read, Write & Speak the Official Language of the State / Union Territory for which she/he applies.

iii. Candidates should have scored minimum cut off marks in the Common Written Examination conducted by IBPS and should be holding a valid score card issued by IBPS.

Subjects Unreserved /General Reserved
Test of Reasoning (TR) 24 & above 21 & above
Test of English Language (EN) 24 & above 21 & above
Test of Numerical Ability (NA) 24 & above 21 & above
Test of General Awareness 24 & above 21 & above
Test of Computer Awareness (CK) 24 & above 21 & above
