DNB Final (Broad Specialties) Exam Application Form
Will you please give me application form dates of Diplomate of National Board (DNB) Final Broad Specialties Entrance Exam??? National Board of Examinations (NBE) has announced Diplomate of National Board (DNB) Final Broad Specialties Entrance Exam for taking admission to postgraduate and post doctorate degrees awarded by other Indian universities for all purposes including appointment to teaching posts as lecturer/Assistant Professor by the Government of India, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare vide their notifications issued from time to time. Eligibility Criteria for NBE DNB Final Broad Specialty - Must possess medical qualification (MD/MS) i.e. having passed the final examination in a broad specialty recognized as per the provisions of Indian Medical Council Act 1956 as amended from time to time. -Must have registered with NBE as a DNB trainee and obtaining requisite period of training as prescribed by the NBE Tentative Dates: Last date of submission of application form: September 13, 2014 Date for NBE DNB Final Broad Specialty Examination: For Paper-I & II: Saturday, December 07, 2014 For Paper-III & IV: Sunday, December 08, 2014 Application Procedure -Candidates can download the application form from the official website. -The application forms downloaded from internet, information bulletin-cum-application form cost of Rs.750/- has to be paid along with applicable examination fees. Paper Pattern for NBE DNB Final Broad Specialty Theory Examination: -The theory examination comprises of four papers, maximum marks 100 each. -There are 10 short notes of 10 marks each, in each of the papers. -The number of short notes and their respective marks weightage may vary in some subjects/some papers. -Maximum time permitted is 3 hours. -Candidate must score at least 50% in the aggregate of 4 papers to qualify the theory examination. -Grace marks of upto 2% of maximum marks i.e. 8/400 shall be given only to the candidate falling in the zone of consideration i.e. securing between 192-199 marks out of 400. -Candidates who have qualified the theory examination are permitted to take up the practical examination. Practical Examination: -Maximum marks: 300. -Comprises of Clinical examination and viva. -Candidate must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in the Clinical examination (including viva) to qualify for the practical examination. -There is no grace marks in practical examination. tentative dates of dnb broad speciality exam 2015
i have passed my md in anatomy. i want to appear the broad speciality dnb test in 2015. can anyone tell me the exam schedule? when the application forms are going to b out? how many sessions are there to appear exam?

Grace marks
Hlo sir/mam If i got 28 marks in end semester examination in one paper then ptu gave me grace to get 30 marks out of 75 |
