As you asking I am telling in IIT Bombay VLSI Design Lab the main research focus is in the areas of analog and digital design. All major VLSI Cad vendor's tool licenses (Synopsys, Cadence, Mentor, Agilent, Magma, Xilinx etc) are hosted here.
