The Visvesvaraya Technological University is conducting Karnataka PGCET entrance.

Karnataka PGCET is an entrance examination conducted by Karnataka Examinations Authority to invite applications from candidates who interested in pursuing PG courses.

This is an entrance examination, which will give opportunity for candidates to get admissions in the colleges that are affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University.

The courses in which candidates can pursue their post graduation are M.Tech (Technology, Computer Science, Computer Network, Digital Communications, Digital Electronics, VLSI Design & Embedded Systems and Machine Design), MBA, MCA and M.Sc in engineering by research.

Age Limit:
It is essential that candidates applying to pursue PG courses through PGCET should not be less than 21 years of age.

Paper pattern:
Syllabus in Karnataka PGCET:

Syllabus for all the courses in KEA PGCET will be relevant to their graduation course with time duration of 2 hours.
There will be two parts in the question paper with total 75 questions as follows:
Part 1: 50 questions each correct answer carries 1 mark.
Part 2: 25 questions each correct answer carries 2 marks.
