There are two options available after completing B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Option 1: Take up job
There are many good job opportunities available after completing B.Tech (Electrical Engineering). If you pursue M.Tech/ MBA/ M.S after gaining some work experience, you will be in a better position to grasp the course contents and apply them appropriately to the work.

The different companies which offer jobs are:

INFOSYS
IBM

And many other IT companies..

In case of public sector you can enter into the following.
Technical Sector (Jobs in ISRO, BHEL, NPCIL, ECIL, NMDC AND MANY OTHER COMPANIES)

There are many jobs in Railways with different job roles.

In Banking sector (Jobs in SBI, ICICI, IBPS common exam for 19 banks).

Option 2: Higher education

After completing B.Tech (Electrical Engineering), you can plan for further studies like M.Tech or MBA or M.S.

M.Tech

For pursuing M.Tech (Electrical Engineering) course, you have an option to consider specialisations such as:
Power Electronics and Drives
Power Systems
Electrical Machines
Control and Instrumentation
Applied Electronics
Embedded Systems
VLSI Design
Nanotechnology
Nano-medical Sciences
Remote Sensing and Geo-Informatics Systems
Clinical Engineering, and so on.

M.B.A

As far as courses in MBA are concerned, you need to complete your graduation in Engineering with at least 50 per cent marks.

Your performance at various entrance tests and the degree will help in getting selected for admission into MBA.

You can select the specialisation based on your interests, aspirations and aptitude. There are several specialisation courses for engineering students also.

M.S.

If you are willing to go abroad, you can prefer M.S. One has to appear for Graduate Record Examination (GRE) and or Test of English as Foreign Language (TOEFL) or International English Language Testing System (IELTS) for doing M.S in foreign countries.

All the best!!
