WBJEE Counseling Procedure will start tentatively from third week of July, 2015 with online registrations.

WBJEE Counseling Procedure:

1. WBJEE Online Registration & Fee Payment:

Candidates must enter their WBJEE / JEE Main Roll No, Application No along with Name and Date of Birth for registration form official website.

After registration is successful, candidates must download the e-challan to pay the non refundable WBJEE counseling fee of Rs 506 (inclusive of service charge) at any branch of Allahabad Bank with Core Banking System (CBS).

After payment, candidates have to enter the e-challan payment details


2. WBJEE 2015 Choice Filling & Locking:

WBJEE Choice filling will be as per their eligibility exam i.e. WBJEE or JEE Main.

Candidates eligible for both WBJEE and JEE Main must submit a single set of choices against WBJEE seats OR JEE (Mains) seats

Choice filling and locking is allowed once before the WBJEE counseling for the three rounds and not in between.

Candidates must take a printout of their choices after locking them.

Seat Allocation for the WBJEE Counseling will be against the available vacancies and the candidate's choice/preference


3. WBJEE Seat Allotment:

WBJEE Seat Allotment will be on the basis of the All India I Rank (AIR) for JEE Main and General Merit Rank (GMR) for the WBJEE.

WBJEE Seat Allotment will also take the locked choices of the candidates against the vacancies into consideration.

WBJEE Set Allotment letters will have to downloaded and printed by the candidates.


4. Document Verfication and Fee Payment at Reporting Centers:

Candidates have to get the documents verified as mentioned below at the specified reporting centers and pay a fee as specified below in form of a DD in favour of WBJEE 2015 payable at Kolkata.


WBJEE Counseling Fee:
Fee for TFW: Rs 4000
Fees for University/Govt Institute: Rs 5000
SFI: Rs 40,000


Required Documents in WBJEE Counseling:
• Print out of WBJEE / JEE Main rank from website
• Higher Secondary/Class XII (or equivalent examination) Mark Sheet
• Madhyamik/ Class X (or equivalent examination) Admit Card
• WBJEE Seat Allotment Letter
• Receipt of Online Counseling Registration Fee (E-challan receipt)
• Category Certificate if applicable
• Pwd Certificate if Applicable
• Domicile Certificate if Applicable
