I am planning to give the WBJEE LET Exam of West Bengal joint Entrance Examinations Board want details about this course. Will you please provide me what the WBJEE Eligibility Criteria and tell me what the scheme of this so that I can get to know the questions come from this exam? The West Bengal joint Entrance Examinations Board was formed as West Bengal Board of Examinations for Admission to Engineering Degree Colleges in the year 1962. WBJEE Eligibility Criteria: B.Tech (General Courses): Applicant must be 17 years or older by December 2014. Should have passes Class XII or equivalent exam from any recognized board. Minimum score of 30% is required in English. Minimum of 45% score is required in chemistry, physics and mathematics. B.Tech (Marine Engineering): Applicant must have subject combination as Physics, Math and Chemistry in the qualifying examination. He must be passed individually in subjects - English, Physics, Math, Chemistry and Vernacular. Schemata of Exam: There is objective type multiple choice based questions asked in the concerned examination from the subjects concerned in the manner as stated below. 1)Mathematics: Category 1: 60 questions of 1 mark each; Category 2: 10 questions of 2 mark each and Category 3: 10 questions of 2 marks each Total Marks Allotted: 100 2) Biological Sciences: Category1: 90 questions of 1 mark each; Category 2: 15 questions of 2 marks each and Category 3: 15 questions of 2 marks each Total Marks Allotted: 150 3)Physics –Chemistry: Category 1: 60 Questions of 1 mark each; 10 questions of 2 marks each and Category 3: 10 questions of 2 marks each Total Marks Allotted: 100 WBJEE JELET 2016 Important Dates (Tentative) Availability of the Application form begins May 2016 Last date for submission of the application form May 2016 Admit card will be released June 2016 WBJEE JELET examination date June 2016 WBJEE JELET result gets declared June 2016 Last edited by Neelurk; June 16th, 2020 at 01:04 PM. |
