Title and initiation:

1.1 These regulations might be called "Ph.D., D.Sc. what's more, D.Litt. Regulations-2010"

1.2 Concomitant with the procurements under Clauses (3), (6) and (10) of Section 5 of the University Act The University might have the procurements for the honor of:

(a) Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree in building/innovation comprehensive of Architecture and Pharmaceutical innovation/fundamental/ connected sciences.

(b) Doctor of Literature (D.Litt.) degree in humanities and social sciences/administration

(c) Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in building/innovation/ administration /fundamental and connected sciences/interdisciplinary subjects relating thereto.

1.3 These regulations might come into impact from the date of CSR Warning issued by the West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT) what's more, should apply to all the partnered schools under the domain of
