As you asking here I am telling this year pattern of questions of JEE (Main) exam, for B.E/B.Tech courses (Paper I), was similar to that of the last five years.

It had objective type, multiple choice questions (MCQ). There were 30 questions each from physics, chemistry and mathematics. Four marks were allotted for each right answer and one mark will be deducted for each wrong answer. There will be no negative marking for questions not attempted.

The Paper was set from CBSE Class 11 and 12 syllabus. Expectedly, many of the questions were conceptual with some needing analytical skills.
