The WKU-Professional MBA (PMBA) program offered by WKU or Western Kentucky University
is an executive MBA designed to help professionals and mid-to-upper-level managers with 5+ years of experience achieve their potential as leaders.

The Professional MBA (PMBA) is an AASCB accredited program with these features:

• There is no GMAT required for those qualified to participate in the PMBA

• Cohort format - grow network of professional relationships as move through the course sequence with peer group.

• Earn MBA, in less than 2 years - only 5 terms (fall, spring, summer, fall, spring)

• Courses meet on alternate Saturdays (one course in the morning and another in the afternoon)

• Tuition is locked-in for the length of program

• One may complete self-paced foundation modules to satisfy all MBA preparation requirements

• Special discount on first semester's tuition through the WKU Owensboro Chamber of Commerce partnership

• WKU alumni are eligible for an additional $500 scholarship award

PMBA Minimum Requirements

• 5 or more years of mid-upper management and/or professional work experience
Engineers, accountants, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals

OR

Managers with 5 years experience beyond the front line in all industries

• Detailed resume showing years of work history and job levels

• Official transcript(s) from an accredited college(s) verifying a 4-year degree and GPA
