Job purpose:
Personal Assistant to the Director, providing support in all administrative matters concerning the Directorate.

Grade:
Scale £19,485 to £23,164 dependent on skills and experience. (Minimum 0.6 position over a 5 day period)

Main Duties include:
Liaising with Trustees, staff, external contacts and organisations in connection with coordinating Council, Committee and Executive Committee meetings, and the Annual General Meeting.

Responsibility for the associated paperwork for meetings and election of new Council Members or appointment of new Governors.
