I am going to appear in Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) conducted by Indian Air Force (IAF) . I have no idea about its study material . Would you please suggest me some best guides for AFCAT ? Tell me how can I purchase these books online ?

Indian Air Force has released a notification for the recruitment of Commissioned Officer vacancies for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying & Permanent Commission (PC)/ Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical) and Ground Duty (Non-technical) Branches through Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) – 01/ 2017.

Eligibility Criteria-

Graduation in any discipline or BE/ B Tech degree (Four year course) or cleared section A & B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India for S.No-1

Minimum 60% marks each in Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level and a minimum of four year degree graduation/integrated post- graduation qualification in Engineering/ Technology for S.No-2

Age Limit:

Candidates age should be between 20-24 for S.No-1

20-26 years for S.No-2 & 3 as on 01-01-2018.

Upper age limit for Candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable up to 26 years

Date of AFCAT & EKT Exam 26-02-2017 (Sunday)

Selection Process:

Candidates will be selected based on Intelligence Test, screening test, Psychological, Group Tests & interview.
