The bank of America is provides process for to right the mistake after entering wrong amount. Its some common mistakes include:

Being charged twice, or the wrong amount, for a purchase
Receiving a recurring charge for a service that you’ve canceled
Not being credited for an item that you returned
Being charged for merchandise that was never delivered

Customers may contact to bank in writing at:

Attn: Billing Inquiries

Write to bank as soon as possible.
Don't send the notice on or with your payment.

In your letter, please include the following information:
Your name and account number
The dollar amount of the suspected error
The posting date of the transaction
A description of the error and an explanation of why you believe there is an error
