Hey as Bath Spa University is a university based in, and around, Bath, England. The institution was previously known as Bath College of Higher Education, and later Bath Spa University College.

Terms and conditions

The University permits the User to access and use the Campuses and Car Parks in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and in return for the User agreeing to abide by and perform the obligations under the Conditions and indemnify the University for any damage that the User causes while in the Car Park.

The decision of the University to permit anyone to enter the Campuses is final. In the case of Corsham Court, only staff are permitted to park on campus


As a matter of information, the University employs an Automatic Number Plate Registration system at its Newton Park Campus to assist with the enforcement of these Parking Terms and Conditions, as well as for general security purposes.

Vehicles must only be parked in designated parking spaces as shown in the Terms and Conditions Plans or as otherwise clearly signed by the University, the only exception being Liveried BSU

Motorcycles and scooters should be parked in designated motorcycle parking areas or, if space is unavailable within these, in general car parking bays. They must not be parked on footpaths or other pedestrian areas unless within designated motorcycle bays or unless otherwise agreed by the University.

Motorcycles and scooters are required to be issued with a valid permit so that they are registered with University, however it is not a requirement that permits are displayed on motorcycles or scooters.

A Pay and Display Ticket or a Validation Ticket is a pay and display ticket to the required value displayed on the pay and display machines located on the Newton Park Campus and, from September 2015, the Sion Hill campus.
