BITS Pilani Board Toppers

Hello sir I would like to know that is there any direct admission criteria for board toppers at BITS Pilani so please provide me information about the same.

In BITS Pilani, the admission process of the institute always ensured admission to all first rank holders in their respective board

Admission criteria

Eligibility criteria for admission under direct admission to board toppers scheme:

The students who wish to apply under this scheme have to fulfill the following criteria to be identified as a board topper:

a) A student who has taken Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in Class 12 and

b) A student who has obtained the highest aggregate percentage of marks in Class 12 among all the students who have appeared for the Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics subjects in the Board exam.

c) The candidate should have scored the minimum of 75% aggregate marks in PCM/PCB subjects with at least 60% in each of the PCM/PCB

Terms and Conditions for Admission

While the first rank students in PCM stream will be considered for admission to any or all of the first degree programs of his/her choice,

The rank holders of PCB stream will only be considered for admission to B. Pharma (Hons.)

Additionally, candidates should have obtained the minimum marks in PCM/PCB subjects in Class 12th examination.

Application Procedure

For Direct Admission of Board Toppers

Candidates are advised to register online and download the admission application form soon after the results are announced.

Once filled, the application form along with the prescribed fee in the form of crossed Demand Draft (DD) should be sent to Dean, Admissions, BITS, Pilani – 333 031 (Rajasthan).

The DD should be drawn in favor of BITS, Pilani payable at UCO Bank-Pilani (Code: 0150) or SBI-Pilani (Code: 11309) or ICICI Bank-Pilani (Code: 1538).
